Yes! Iron Ladies Fitness is a female-only gym and fitness community. We’ve created a welcoming, supportive environment where women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels can feel comfortable, confident and empowered while they train.

Absolutely not. You don’t need to “get fit” before joining us, that’s what we’re here for! Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after a break or already an experienced gym-goer, you can train at a level that suits you.

Definitely. Beginners are very welcome. We understand that walking into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating, so our aim is to make your first experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Yes. We currently offer a FREE 7-Day Trial, giving you the opportunity to experience Iron Ladies Fitness and see whether we’re the right fit for you. Please contact us to find out how to activate your trial.

What is your class cancellation policy? We know life can get busy and plans can change, which is why we offer a 2-hour cancellation window for all classes. If you’re unable to attend a booked class, please cancel your place at least 2 hours before the class is due to start. This gives another member the opportunity to take your space. If you cancel within 2 hours of the class starting, this will be considered a late cancellation.
