Terms and Conditions: Unlimited Class Membership

1. Membership Overview
This membership entitles you to unlimited access & Hyrox class access to scheduled classes for a monthly fee of £70.00. A one-off joining fee of £20.00 is payable upon registration.
Your membership includes:

• Access to all core classes

  • Strength & Conditioning Upper Body & Abs
  • Strength & Conditioning Lower Body & Glutes
  • Strength & Conditioning Full Body & Abs
  • Spinning Circuits
  • Spinning 
  • Yoga
  • Ass, Abs & Cardio BOOTCAMP
  • Access to all HYROX classes

• Early bird access to HYROX race day tickets (subject to availability and event release timelines)

2. Payment Terms

• The £20.00 joining fee is non-refundable and due at sign-up.

• The £70.00 monthly fee is payable in advance on a rolling monthly basis.

• Payments are made via direct debit or standing order unless otherwise agreed.

3. Class Access and Booking

• Members may attend an unlimited number of scheduled classes, including both core and HYROX classes.

• All classes must be booked in advance to secure your space.

• Spaces are subject to availability and may be limited for health & safety or capacity reasons.

4. HYROX Race Day Ticket Access

• Members will receive early bird access to HYROX race day tickets through our exclusive allocation or links.

• Access does not guarantee entry; tickets are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Tickets may be subject to separate HYROX terms and conditions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• All fees are non-refundable.

• To cancel your membership, a minimum of 1 full calendar month's notice is required.

• Notice must be submitted in writing (email or written confirmation).

• Failure to give the required notice will result in the next month’s payment being processed as normal.

6. Class Changes and Availability

• We reserve the right to adjust the class timetable or substitute instructors where needed.

• While we aim for consistency, class times and types may occasionally be modified.

7. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to arrive on time, show respect to others, and follow instructor guidance.

• Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or inappropriate behaviour may result in temporary suspension or membership termination.

8. Health and Safety

• By enrolling, you confirm you are fit to participate in exercise and have disclosed any relevant health conditions.

• Participation is at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.
