Our Strength Classes are where Iron Ladies began, the foundation of everything we do. Written and programmed by Alice, the owner and founder of Iron Ladies, these sessions bring it back to our roots: building real strength, confidence, and body transformation through smart, structured training.
Each class follows an 8-week strength block, designed to help you track your lifts, see measurable progress, and feel your body getting stronger week by week.
