This session is not instructor-led, making it perfect for anyone who wants to:

  • Run through a full or partial workout

  • Focus on personal goals or technique refinement

You’ll have access to all the equipment you need to train just like a HYROX athlete — sleds, ski ergs, rowers, wall balls, and more.
