Our Strength Classes are where Iron Ladies began — the foundation of everything we do. Written and programmed by Alice, the owner and founder of Iron Ladies, these sessions bring it back to our roots: building real strength, confidence, and body transformation through smart, structured training.

Each class follows an 8-week strength block, designed to help you track your lifts, see measurable progress, and feel your body getting stronger week by week.

These sessions focus on:
