What’s Included in a HYROX Class
Each session is built around the HYROX race format, combining running with functional strength stations. In class, you can expect a mix of:

  • Running Intervals – building endurance and race pace control.

  • Sled Pushes & Pulls – developing lower body power and strength.

  • Rowing & SkiErg Work – boosting cardiovascular fitness and stamina.

  • Burpee Broad Jumps – testing agility, explosive strength, and grit.

  • Farmers Carries – building grip, core, and overall stability.

  • Sandbag or Weighted Lunges – strengthening legs and improving balance.

  • Wall Balls – combining strength and cardio in one powerful finisher.

Every class is scalable, so whether you’re a first-timer or prepping for competition, weights, distances, and intensity can be adjusted to suit your level. Expect a challenging, high-energy workout with coaching, technique support, and plenty of motivation.
