🍑 Cycle Circuits – HIIT Style (Glute Focus)

This session blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with circuit-style training to deliver a powerful lower-body and glute-focused workout that still challenges your full body.

Participants move through a series of stations or “cycles” designed to sculpt, lift, and strengthen the glutes while also firing up the legs, core, and cardiovascular system. Expect a mix of explosive movements, resistance-based glute activations, and heart-pumping cardio bursts for the ultimate burn.

Each station features short, intense intervals (around 30–45 seconds) followed by brief rest, keeping your muscles under tension and your heart rate high. You’ll build strength, endurance, and shape—all while improving stability and power through the hips and lower body.
