If you're looking for a fitness class for mums, our Strong Mum Club is the ideal place to start if you want to get back into exercise safely. With a combination of resistance band workouts and body weight exercises, the classes concentrate on strengthening the pelvic floor and core. In addition to improving your emotional and physical well-being, you'll get to know other mums who share your values. Enjoy fun in a welcoming and safe community with your baby.

Ladies must be 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared to start exercising.
