Learn how to build strength while improving your technique during our classes, whether you're new to weightlifting or  experienced. :  This class will focus on your upper body area.  All of our sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.
